1. General Code of Conduct
Respect fellow travelers, guides, and locals. Our trips are all about good vibes and inclusivity.
No disruptive behavior, including excessive drinking, harassment, or anything that negatively impacts the group experience.
Follow local laws and customs—your adventure should be fun, safe, and culturally respectful.
2. General Guidelines
All participants must adhere to the itinerary and safety instructions provided by the trip Captain.
Travelers are responsible for their own belongings. The organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
The company is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur due to:
Natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or tour itinerary alterations or cancellations resulting from such events.
Accidents occurring during transportation or at accommodations.
Damages caused by fire.
Orders from Australian governments or changes in immigration regulations, including travel restrictions or isolation due to infectious diseases.
Accidents occurring during travelers' free activities.
Tour itinerary alterations or cancellations resulting from government directives or health-related causes.
Incidents such as food poisoning or theft during the trip.
3. Booking & Payment (Stripe & Afterpay)
We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards) and Afterpay (installment payments).
By selecting Afterpay, you agree to Afterpay’s terms and conditions (View Afterpay Terms).
If paying via Afterpay, you must complete all scheduled payments as per Afterpay's agreement. 1LifeAdventures is not responsible for missed payments or additional fees charged by Afterpay.
If a booking is canceled, refunds will be processed according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy, but any outstanding Afterpay payments remain your responsibility.
All payments are securely processed via Stripe/Afterpay, and 1 Life Adventures does not store or have access to your payment details.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
7+ days before departure → Full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
3-6 days before departure → 50% refund of the total package price.
Less than 3 days before departure / No-show → No refund.
If a trip is canceled by 1LifeAdventures due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low bookings, extreme weather), a full refund or trip credit will be provided.

5. Traveler Responsibilities
By booking a trip with us, you agree to:
Follow the itinerary, safety instructions, and guidance provided by our trip Captains.
Behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, guides, and locals. Disruptive behavior (harassment, intoxication, or illegal activities) may result in removal from the trip without a refund.
Take responsibility for your personal belongings. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Disclose any medical conditions that may impact your participation in activities.
7. Photography & Media Release
By participating in our trips, you grant 1LifeAdventures permission to use photos/videos taken during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed, you must inform us before the trip starts.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Melbourne, Australia.
