1. Solo & Female Travelers
Can I join your trips as a solo traveler?
Yes! Most of our travelers are solo – typically 3 out of every 4 people.
I am a single female traveler. Is it safe for me?
Yes! Our trips are completely safe for solo female travelers. Hundreds of women have traveled with us
2. Age & Fitness Requirements
Is there an age limit for your trips?
Yes, we prefer young and like minded individuals, for providing the best experience, it is done to ensure that we provide our best service and experience.
Will the trek be difficult for a first-time trekker?
Most of our treks are easy, we will mention on the trip page, if any trek is Moderate difficulty level, you can contact our team to ensure the best experience.
3. Accommodation & Facilities
Is there separate accommodation for male and female travelers?
Yes. We provide separate accommodation for men and women. Most stays are 2 or 3 sharing or Dormitories in Big4 Holiday Parks.
Can couples get a private stay?
Yes, for couples or small families, we try to provide private accommodations wherever possible. Contact us before booking.
Do the homestays/campsites have washrooms?
Yes! All our stays have clean and hygienic washrooms. If any exceptions exist, they will be mentioned in the itinerary.
4. Booking & Transfers
What is the last date for booking a trip?
There is no fixed last date. We close bookings once all slots are filled.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else if I can’t join?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to a friend before the trip starts.
Can I join directly at the trek location or homestay?
Yes! If you're coming from a different city, you can reach the location directly. Contact us for details.
Can I board the vehicle on the way?
Yes, if your pickup point is along our route, you can board on the way.
For flights, please inform our team, about your boarding point.
5. Transport & Travel
What kind of transport do you use?
We use tourist vehicles like Toyota mini-vans that can navigate and provide comfortable travel experience .
What is the group size for a trip?
Typically, our group size is 10 to 12 travelers, but for popular trips, it may increase to 20 to 30 travelers.
How will I get information on pickup points & timings?
All details regarding pickup points, packing lists, and inclusions/exclusions are provided in the trip page and Itinerary PDF.
6. Food & Essentials
What kind of food is provided during the trip?
We take you to the best local eateries, where you can choose and purchase the food of your preference. We also provide a list of must-try recommendations to enhance your experience.
What medication should I carry?
Bring your personal medications. Our organizers carry first-aid kits with general medicines. If you have allergies or specific medical conditions, bring your own required medicines.
What documents should I carry?
A valid photo ID proof is required for all trips. Your booking name should match the name on your ID.
7. Cancellation, Refunds & Charges
What’s the cancellation/refund policy?

7+ days before departure: Full refund minus $50 fee.

3–6 days before departure: 50% refund.

Less than 3 days/no-show: No refund.

Trip cancellation by organizers: Full refund.

No coverage for extra expenses (e.g., travel insurance, third-party bookings).

Refunds processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
Are there any hidden charges?
No hidden charges. We are a GST-registered company, and GST is included in all tickets. Check the Inclusions & Exclusions section for cost breakdowns.
